Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students at Qingdao university medical school use smartphones aged from 18 to 33 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. obvious abnormal Physical examinations; 2. Congenital malformations in the neck, chest and lumbar vertebrae; 3. History of major related surgery.
