Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The Rotterdam PCOS diagnostic criteria for the following 2 of 3: 1. Oligo-ovulation or anovulation 2. The Hyperandrogenism or the clinical manifestations hyperandrogenism (such as hirsutism, acne, etc.) 3. Ultrasound examination in the menstrual cycle or bleeding 3~5d after progesterone withdrawal, bilateral ovarian has more than 12 small follicles with 2~9mm diameter, meaning Polycystic ovary changes and (or) enlarged ovary (Ovarian >10ml per side, ovarian volume =0.5 * length(cm) * width (cm) * thick(cm))
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other causes of hyperandrogenism, such as androgen-producing tumors; 2. Hyperprolactinemia, adrenal disease or thyroid dysfunction; 3. Nearly three months had hormone therapy; 4. Serious cardiovascular disease: heart,lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system ,and other serious primary diseases and mental illness; 5. Check for genital organic disease (uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, pituitary tumors, tubal obstruction, etc.), endometriosis; 6. Diabetes mellitus, severe infections and trauma, surgical major surgery, clinically hypotensive and hypoxic; 7. Habitual abortion; 8. Pregnancy, lactation; 9. Do not stay on the king of allergies; 10. Has been serving ovulation drugs, refused to randomize, can not cooperate with the treatment, and can not follow the observer.
