Interventions

chloral hydrate:50mg/kg oral chloral hydrate
chloral hydrate plus intranasal dexmedetomidine group:25mg/kg oral chloral hydrate plus 2ug/kg intranasal dexmedetomidine
midazolam plus intranasal dexmedetomidine group:0.3mg/kg oral chloral hydrate plus 2ug/kg intranasal dexmedetomidine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants with ASA physical status 1 to 3, aged 0~1 years who scheduled for MRI test under sedation will be recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria includes known allergy to study drugs.
