20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed breast cancer; 2. Clinical symptoms and signs of breast cancer; 3. All patients' clinical and pathological biopsies were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for cancer; 4. The peripheral blood samples were collected without any clinical treatment; 5. Blood routine examination showed normal neutrophils.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy (including allergic respiratory diseases); 2. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune dermatopathy, hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disease, thrombotic disease; 3. Patients with pathogenic microbial infectious diseases; 4. Long-term use of immunoregulatory drugs, immunosuppressants; 5. Patients with abnormal neutrophils or with hypergranulocyte colony stimulating factor.
