D1.5 group:1.5ug/kg intranasal dexmedetomidine plus chloral hydrate given by oral at 25mg.kg-1
D2.0 group:2.0ug/kg intranasal dexmedetomidine plus chloral hydrate given by oral at 25mg.kg-1
D2.5 group:2.5ug/kg intranasal dexmedetomidine plus chloral hydrate given by oral at 25mg.kg-1
D3.0 group:3.0ug/kg intranasal dexmedetomidine plus chloral hydrate given by oral at 25mg.kg-1

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants with ASA physical status 1 to 3, aged 0~1 years who scheduled for MRI test under sedation will be recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria includes known allergy to study drugs.
