Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conformed to the diagnostic criteria of depression in ICD-10; 2. Male and female, the age of 60 and over 60 years of age; 3. HAMD-17 = 17; 4. Depression occurred for the first time after 60 years of age; 5. Education level of primary school and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnosis of dementia in ICD-10 (including Alzheimer's disease, Louie body dementia, frontotemporal dementia, vascular dementia, etc.); 2. The score of MMSE, primary school culture = 20 points, secondary school culture = 24 points; 3. Having other mental disorders (such as schizophrenic affective psychosis, bad mood or bipolar depression); Patients with substance dependence; Personality disorders; 4. Having severe heart, brain, blood vessel, liver and kidney diseases; 5. Having other serious physical diseases; 6. A person who has trouble with consciousness, movement, vision, or hearing to a certain extent.
