Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 22 and 35 years; Gestational age 30 to 40 weeks;Preeclampsia women 20 cases. Take over the same period of blood pressure normal pregnancy women group, 6 cases of normal pregnancy age 24 to 35 years old; Gestational age 33-40 weeks. Two groups are based on single pregnancies, all women are not intentional, liver, kidney, thyroid disease, and blood, and without diabetes, chronic hypertension, rheumatism, rheumatoid disease, and history of autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (sle), without premature rupture of membranes, preterm birth and signs of infection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Heart, liver, kidney, thyroid disease and blood disease, diabetes, chronic hypertension, rheumatism, rheumatoid disease, and history of autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (sle), premature rupture of membranes, preterm labor, and signs of infection.
