18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 75 years; 2. Diagnosis of GO; 3. Moderate-to-severe GO; 4. CAS=3/7; 5. limited effect on glucocorticoid treatment; 6. Patients volunteered to participate in and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Need immediate orbital decompression; 2. No corneal perforation or ulcer; 3. Not administered to biological agents,immunosuppressive therapy; 4. those with severe heart, liver, renal insufficiency.
