Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Full-term pregnancy (37-42 gestational weeks), single child, head position, primiparas attempting natural vaginal delivery, ASA grading class I-II, age> 18 years, and epidural analgesia before uterine bleeding = 4 cm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patient refused to give birth analgesia; 2. known to lidocaine, ropivacaine and other local anesthetics or other allergic to this test; 3. presence of platelet or coagulation disorders; 4. previous neuropsychiatric disorders; 5. puncture point skin, soft tissue infections, or puncture site trauma, fractures, history of surgery, lumbar disc herniation; 6. there is no head basin, huge children, twin pregnancy, etc. are not suitable for vaginal delivery; 7. Researchers think it inappropriate to participate in clinical trials.
