Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with osteoarthritis of the hip secondary to Crowe type III developmental dysplasia from 2011 to 2015; 2. patients undergone primary total replacement; 3. using femoral head autografting to augment acetabular deficiency in total hip replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with revision replacement; 2. using tantalum metal block for bone defect; 3. acetabular reconstruction with high hip center.
