Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Register in the obstetric clinic and determine to deliver in this hospital; Gestational age is between 24 to 32 weeks; Diagnosis of GDM by 75gOGTT; Age = 40 years; Single or Twin; Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious diseases before pregnancy; Other complication or comorbidity during this pregnancy; Congenital fetal disease; Three or more fetus; Refused to participate in the study.
