Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforming to ASA I~III; 2. scheduled for elective esophageal cancer surgery under general anesthesia; 3. single-cavity endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with major peripheral vascular disease,severe vascular disease, unstable angina; ejection fraction less than 40%, respiratory distress,increased intra-abdominal pressure; autonomic nervous system disorders,implanted pacemaker/cardioverter, anticipated difficult airway, mental incompetence; currently taken angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor or angiotensin receptor blocker,baseline MBP<70mmHg, HR<50 beats/min
