Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: moderate to severe ARDS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years; 2. pregnant women staied inn ICU = 24 h; 3. do not agree to participate in the study; 4. patients with MAP <55mmHg, heart rate <55 beats / min or without pacemaker but atrioventricular block degree III; 5. drug abuse and long-term analgesia; 6. sedation History of drug use and pregnant women.
