Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patients are going to undergo surgical treatment in our hospital; (2) The patients agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; (3) ASA classification I-II level; (4) No central or peripheral facial nerve dysfunction and neuromuscular disease before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are allergic to cisatracurium; (2) Diabetes; pregnant or lactating women; history of epilepsy; previous history of craniotomy; patients with pacemakers; (3) Family history of malignant high fever; (4) Muscle weakness and other neuromuscular junction disease patients; (5) Patients with preoperative facial nerve dysfunction and mental illness history; (6) Patients who are taking or had taken drugs that affect neuromuscular conduction.
