18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ICU critically ill patients who need for early enteral nutrition support(APACH II score more than 8 points); (2) age > 18 years; (3) expected to stay in ICU more than 5 day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant women; (2) patients with organ transplantation, advanced malignant tumor and brain death; (3) enteral or parenteral nutrition support has begun to be accepted before ICU; (4) patients with intestinal obstruction, intestinal fistula, gastrointestinal tract ischemia and active gastrointestinal bleeding were not suitable for enteral nutrition. (5) patients who are expected to die within 72h; (6) patients who refused to participate in this test.
