Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute hemorrhagic cerebral apoplexy admitted to ICU,after emergency craniocerebral operation,mainly included patients with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage and acute cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Age 18 to 80 years old; 3. Expected/actual mechanical ventilation time > 48 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with chronic infectious diseases of the lungs, such as chronic asthmatic bronchitis, COPD, bronchiectasis, and empyema; 2. Obvious aspiration after the onset of cerebral apoplexy; 3. Obvious gastric juice was absorbed during endotracheal intubation; 4. Preoperative CT examination showed obvious lung failure or pneumonia; 5. There is already a VAP when enrolled.
