Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of uterine fibroids was made by findings from clinical, ultrasound and MRI examinations; 2. patients were fertile women and had no fertility requirement recently; 3. the number of uterine fibroids were unlimited and the maximum diameter of main fibroid was 4-10cm(main fibroid was the targeted fibroid which treated after contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. complicated with severe organic diseases of important organ;,hepatic and renal dysfunction; 2. communicative disorders; 3. body aass index(BMI)=28; 4. maintain prone position shorter than 1 h; 5. patients with allergic history; 6. patients with contraindications to MRI.
