Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. age>=16 years old, male or female; 2. Active on the waiting list(cotrs) for liver transplantation; 3. patient or his legal representative understand and voluntarily signs an informed consent form before the trial start.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Duble organs or multi-organ transplantation; 2. ABO-incompatible; 3. patient is in ICU or MELD>35; 4. Reptransplantation.
