Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty with a diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the hip, femoral head necrosis (Ficat III to IV), and willingness to comply with the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: prior hip surgery, an inability to tolerate general anesthesia, an unwillingness to participate in the study
