Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having signed the informed consent of the trial; adults aged more than 18 years old, both men and women; liver transplant recipients who having underwent donation after brain dead (DBD) liver transplantation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: presence of motor paralysis and major neuromyopathy (medical research council score, MRC score <36); important hemodynamic instability; severe sepsis
