40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects are 40 to 80 years old; 2. The subjects are consistent with the diabetes diagnosis standard type 2 diabetes mellitus reported by the WHO diabetes expert committee in 1999; 3. The subjects are consistent with the diagnosis standard of diabetic nephropathy provided by the expert consensus of diabetic nephropathy in 2014.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes and other special types of diabetes; 2. In pregnancy or lactation; 3. Combine with severe cardiopulmonary disease and severe liver disease as well as severe kidney disease; 4. Combine with serious infectious diseases; 5. Combine with malignant tumor; 6. Long term use of immunomodulatory drugs and immunosuppressants; 7. Combine with autoimmune disease and rheumatic disease.
