Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. in line with modern medicine on the diagnosis of stroke criteria; 2. Comply with the diagnosis of stroke on the motherland medicine standards; 3. All patients were confirmed by head CT or MRI; 4. The first incidence of stroke patients; 5. Hand muscle spasm degree Ashworth score = 4 points (Ashworth grade III).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed transient ischemic attack, reversible neurological deficits and other diseases; 2. Confirmed by the examination of brain tumors, brain trauma, brain parasites, metabolic disorders, rheumatic heart disease and other diseases caused by cerebral infarction; 3. There are more serious complications, such as severe mental disorders, severe dementia, combined with heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system and other serious primary diseases; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Stroke more than 1 times; 6. People with serious language impairment understand; 7. Section arthrosis and other serious impact on motor function.
