18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-80 years; (2) elective gastrointestinal (gastrectomy, radical gastrectomy, radical resection of colorectal cancer, pancreaticoduodenectomy cholangioenterostomy, cholangioenterostomy; (3) Child-Pugh liver function grade A and B; (4) Consciousness, to communicate with the normal language researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) dyslipidemia (total triglycerides> 2.26 mmol/L or total cholesterol> 6.2 mmol/L); (2) renal dysfunction (creatinine> 122 µmol/L or urea> 10.7 mmol/L); (3) Bleeding complications during and after the procedure; (4) Patients receiving radiochemotherapy in the near future; (5) Allergic to any component of enteral nutrition solution.
