Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) diagnosed with primary cancer undergoing thorascopic anatomical resection(lobectomy or segmentetomy); 2) aged 45-75 years; 3) agree to participate the study and sign the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) refusal to participate; 2) contraindications to the physical rehabilitation including myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular accident within one year, unstable angina pectoris, aneurysm, recent history (<90 days) of hemoptysis, severe arrhythmia, musculoskeletal or mental disorders; 3) pnuemothorax; 4) underwent neoadjuvant therapy; 5) had a history of thoracic surgery; 6) unexpected thransforming from shorascopic surgery to open surgery
