Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) the histopathology and / or cytological diagnosis, diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer, according to the American Joint Committee on cancer (AJCC) 2009 NSCLC staging 7th by TNM staging for locally advanced or advanced (IIIB, IV); (2) had not received chemotherapy; (3) Younger than 85 years; (4) Karnofsky physical status (KPS) score greater than or equal to 60, the clinical evaluation of tolerance of the two cycle of chemotherapy, the survival period is expected to more than 3 months; (5) good compliance and can cooperate with the relevant examination and signed informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) no clear evaluation of the tumor; (2) with severe cardiovascular disease, mental illness; (3) low molecular weight heparin allergy or thrombocytopenia caused by heparin history; (4) abnormal clotting risk factors (such as serious heart, liver and kidney diseases; surgery, trauma; severe infection; thrombosis or other long-term anticoagulant and fibrinolytic or hemostatic drug treatment); (5) not understand this research situation and refused to sign the informed consent.
