Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18~70 years old; 2. in accordance with the above standards for the diagnosis of Western medicine and the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation; 3. 24 hour urine protein 2.0g/d; 4. eGFR > 60ml/min; 5. application of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI) / angiotensin II receptor antagonist (ARB) and amlodipine treatment has been 2 weeks washout period, or before entering the group without the use of ACEI/ARB (except Valsartan Capsules), amlodipine besylate; 6. based antihypertensive therapy, drugs not including ACEI/ARB (except Valsartan Capsules), amlodipine, blood pressure less than 140/90mmHg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with other autoimmune diseases and malignant tumors; 2. severe arrhythmia, severe heart failure, NYHA grade III and above (evidence of grade III and IV of New York Heart Association); 3. severe liver disease, or abnormal liver function (ALT > 1.5 times as normal); 4. patients with hematopoietic dysfunction, bleeding tendency and hemorrhagic disease; 5. secondary and hereditary renal diseases; 6. patients with deficiency of immune function; 7. the history of drug abuse and alcoholism; 8. the use of immunosuppressants is being used; 9. with severe gastrointestinal symptoms; 10. pregnant women and breast-feeding women.
