Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In the diagnosis of Liver cancer (ICD-10:C22.9) and pancreatic cancer(ICD-10:C25.9); 2. Cancer is in the early, mid-to-medium term without extensive metastases; 3. Patients with surgical indications; 4. Aged 18 to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The operative field of patients with pollution; 2. People's don't want to participate in this experiment; 3. Intraoperative blood loss less than 300 ml; 4. The experimenter think not suitable for into the cases.
