Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with H. pylori infection; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. Never received treatment for H. pylori infection; 4. Willing and to be available to participate this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, breast-feed, serious diseases,malignancy, the study drug allergy, severe ulcer bleeding or perforation, not the first time for helicobacter prlori eradication, taking PPIs or antibiotics within the past 4 weeks, Any other clinically significant medical condition that could increase risk of side effects.
