40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40 ~ 70 years old; Fully capable, willing and able to complete the study; 2. The symptoms of chronic ischemic stroke caused by ischemia in the internal carotid system (hemiplegia); 3. One year after the onset of the disease, other neuro-functional stabilizers; 4. Head CT or MRI scan to exclude other lesions; 5. Patients with non-coma, examination cooperation; 6. For the first time, there was a history of stroke, but no sequelae; 7. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score: 4 ~ 25 points; 8. It can persist in traditional rehabilitation (physical therapy, occupational therapy or cognitive rehabilitation) for a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. TIA patients or symptoms of mild or rapid improvement, progressive stroke; 2. In a coma; 3. Other clinical trials; 4. Blood glucose value 22.2 mmol/l. Blood pressure > 150/90 mmHg, after the use of the drug continues to be not healthy; 5. Heart, lung, liver or kidney failure due to severe anemia. Or a confirmed disease, such as a mental illness, that cannot be completed for up to one year; 6. The patient or his guardian cannot or will not sign the informed consent.
