45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) body mass index (BMI)>24.0kg/m2, 24.0<BMI<28.0kg/m2 defined as overweight, BMI=28.0kg/m2 defined as obese. (2) The systolic blood pressure 140-159mmHg (1mmHg=0.133kPa), and/or the diastolic blood pressure 90-99mmHg. (3) diagnose with grade 1 hypertension, and take no medicine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. had hepatic and renal insufficiency; 2. had cognitive impairment; 3. had mental abnormality; 4. pregnant or lactating women; 5. alcoholics (drink liquor above 150g/d, or drink beer above 500ml/d); 6. irregular dietary, or unable to cope with dietary intervention.
