40 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the knee osteoarthritis, diagnostic criteria; (2) aged between 40 to 70 years old; (3) meet the staging standard early and mid-term; (4) can walk at least 10 meters without any help; (5) volunteer as the subject, and can accept the treatment, to ensure the completion of treatment; (6) KL=3; (7) VAS=6.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of trauma and surgery on the knee; (2) the knee with cancer, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis and other diseases; (3) psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, brown yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma; (4) severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe cardiovascular disease, diabetes and mental illness; (5) cannot walk at least 10 meters without any help; (6) who is participating in other clinical trials or three months participated in other clinical trials.
