Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: in the Department of thoracic surgery of the first center hospital from 2010.10 to 2017.10, pathological biopsy was suggested as lung cancer patients; could sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient has sever cognitive dysfunction and limited mobility; 2. Patient in an extremely frail state; 3. Patient is participating in other intervention project within 4 weeks;
