Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 100 patients that will undergo total knee replacement surgery, ASA I or III grade; According to whether the patients suffer from hypertension, 100 patients will be divided into H group (patients with hypertension) and group C (patients with normal blood pressure), 50 patients in each group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are known to be allergic to flurbiprofen; 2. Patients who will result in asthma, urticaria or anaphylaxis after taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 3. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation after taking non-steroidal anti - inflammatory drugs; 4. Patients with active gastrointestinal ulcers/bleeding, or with recurrent ulcers/bleeding; 5. Patients with severe heart failure; 6. Patients with dysfunction of liver, kidney and blood system; 7. Patients who are using inoxacin, lomax, norfloxacin.
