Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. not severe infection or surgery around the site of needling; 2. ASA physical status class I or II, not severe cardiovascular, hepatic, or renal diseases; 3. not taken constipation medication before enrollment, for example rescue medicine (glycerol or sorbitol anal enema); 4. voluntarily signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe cardiovascular, hepatic, or renal diseases; 2. cognitive dysfunction, mental disorders, or illness that could affect patient cooperation; 3. history of PONV,opioid addiction, or had been taking pain medication for a long time; 4. cardiac pacemaker implantation; 5. known allergy to or feared of acupuncture; 6. pregnancy or breastfeeding; 7. history of thoracic surgery; 8. with gastrointestinal disorders, such as constipation, acute, chronic or subacute intestinal obstruction before operation.
