Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are highly suspected of suffering from PTC by reoperative examination , and preoperative examination did not present cervical lymph node metastasis signs in level II, III, IV, V (cN0); 2. Patients who are older than 20 years old and younger than 80 years old, volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent; 3. Chinese patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who combined with other serious diseases or other factors that may affect the outcome; 2. Female patients who are pregnant or lactating; 3. The tumor is confirmed as T4 stage by postoperative pathology; 4. Preoperative examination shows distant metastasis; 5. Tumor was thyroid follicular carcinoma, medullary carcinoma, anaplastic carcinoma by postoperative pathology.
