18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients aged 18-65 years; 2) patients diagnosed with VS or MCS by CRS-R score on admission; 3) brain injury diagnosed by head CT or MRI; 4) patients have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients have unstable vital signs; 2) have ever neurological diseases; 3) have endocrine diseases or require hormone therapy within 2 months; 4) have severe infections, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5)those discharged during the trial period; 6) lost visitors.
