Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: puncture site in veins of upper extremity, no signs of local skin rupture or inflammation of puncture site, body surface ECG showed no arrhythmia and heart rate ranged from 100 to 180 beats per minute, no fever or limb movement disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: obviously abnormal body surface ECG, known severe and complex congenital heart disease, coagulation dysfunction, neck and shoulder thoracic deformity, unclear basal ECG obtained during monitoring, and puncture site in veins of lower extremity.
