47 Years to 73 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes with HbA1c between 7–10%; 2. Aged 18–75 years old; 3. No known severe comorbidities or complications, such as cancer, unstable angina, frequent exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or diabetic retinopathy; 4. Cognitively competent enough to understand written and oral Putonghua.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnoses with cancer or other organ failure; 2. A chronic disease with currently in attack. e.g. hypertention, cardioversular diseases.
