Inclusion criteria: 1. Female; 2. Age: 20-28 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infectious disease (including cold); 2. Cardiovascular diseases; 3. Allergens (including flour, chicken, potato, salad, egg, salt, garlic, ajinomoto, which not mentioned but included in noodle soup and hamburger); 4. Pregnant; 5. Lactation; 6. Menstruating.
