Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Enrollment condition1.Conform to the prevention guide of the severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome set in 2010; 2. SFTSV-RNA is positive; 3. Age>18 years; 4. SFTSI>16(SFTS score formulaSFTSI = 5× Neurologic symptoms-level + 4 ×Respiratory symptoms-level + 3 × LG10 Viral load – 2 × LN Monocyte% – 7).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Underlying diseasessuch as tumor, liver cirrhosis, autoimmune disease; 2. Severe infection: such as bacteria and virus.
