18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A single area of bone damage due to clonal plasma cell hyperplasia; 2. Histologically normal marrow aspirate and trephine(plasma cell less than 10%); 3. No anemia, hypercalcemia, or renal impairment due to plasma cell dyscrasia; 4. Normal results on skeletal survey, including radiology of long bones, PET-CT, MRI, ECT and CT,excluding extraspinal lesions; 5. Receving standard treatments, including sugery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy after diagnosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Histologically abnormal marrow aspirate and trephine(plasma cell more than 10%); 2. Solitary plasmacytoma in extraspinal area; 3. Extraspinal lesions or multiple lesions detected after skeletal survey; 4. Incompletely standard treatments; 5. Patients participating other RCTs.
