Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The standard of Infectious Diseases Society of America/American Thoracic Society Consensus Guidelines on the Management of Community-Acquired Pneumonia in Adults; 2. APACHEII score from 10 to 25; 3. The age above on 65; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) non-infective interstitial lung disease; (2) Intractable chronic respiratory failure (PaO2 / FiO2 < 60 MMHG); (3) to refuse treatment or brain deaths; (4) allergic constitution or allergic to energy mixture or more drugs; (5) At the same time to participate in other clinical observation of the researchers.
