Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient ASA I-II; 2. Patients undergoing elective noncardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Predictors of intraoperative hemorrhage, preoperative assessment can be implemented diluted autologous blood transfusion, preoperative Hct (%)> 30 and Hb (g / dl)> 10; 4. Surgery time 2 - 4 hours; 5. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central hyperthermia, including cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury and brain surgery, epilepsy, central hyperthermia due to acute hydrocephalus, confirmed evidence of hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism; 2. Abnormalities in thermoregulation include malignant hyperthermia (MHS) and neuroleptic malignant syndrome; 3. Infective fever or cold; 4. The patient's core body temperature =37.8C within 3 days before surgery; 5. Ear infections and other diseases affecting the ear drum temperature and the exact determination of the operation; 6. Intraoperative surgery to take the initiative to cool the measures.
