50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 55–65 years male and postmenopause women; 2. total cholestero l5.2mmol/L; TC=7.2mmol/L; 3. insulin120g/L, thyroid-stimulating hormone 0.3-4.2mU/L, ALAT<60U/L and creatinine <115umol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: premenopause,regular smoking or drinking, previously diagnosed diabetes (other than gestational), thyroid, renal, hematological, or hepatic dys-function, previous myocardial infarction, cardiovascular medication, treatment with lipid-lowering drugs, regular dietary supplyment intake and on-going inflammatory disease. mental illness and inability to answer the questions correctly.
