40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According with the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; 2. Grade 1~3 of K-L grades; 3. The WOMAC score = 25 points; 4. 40~80 years old; 5. The informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary osteoarthritis; 2. Osteoarthritis of the knee with joint effusion more than medium degree or meniscus injury more than third degree; 3. Patients received intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate or hormone within 3 months. 4. Patients with severe osteoporosis, diabetes, lower extremity vascular disease, limb deformity and nervous system disease; 5. Patients with serious mental disorders, can not understand or express feeling correctly. 6. The women who is pregnant, preparing for pregnancy, or lactating women; 7. Patient with serious disease with heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 8. Patient with contraindications of MRI; 9. Patient who is allergy to test drugs, allergic constitution patient; 10. Patient who is participating in other clinical trial; 11. Patient who indulge in excessive drinking and / or psychoactive substances, drug abusers and addicts; According to the researchers judgment, patient has the disease or other conditions that can reduce or complicate the possibility to be recruited, such as unstable working or living environment, that will cause the loss of follow-up.
