control:bilateral quadratus lumborum block with 0.9% normal saline 20ml on each side

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selective general anesthesia for patients with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, aged 18-70, with ASA I-II and BMI 18-30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to ropivacaine and opioid, BMI>40kg/m2 before operation,puncture site infection, recent use of antipsychotic drugs, alcoholism, or drug abuse, language communication handicapped, ultrasound showed that the anatomical structure was not clear
