Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria for sepsis: its diagnostic criteria are based on the latest sepsis definition of SEPSIS 3, published jointly by SCCM and ESICM in February 2016.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion of tumor patients; The non infectious fever was excluded. There are basic immune system diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and so on. Combined with cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system and other severe basic primary patients and psychosis patients; Autoimmune diseases and radiotherapy and chemotherapy; Pregnant women, children and adolescents; Patients who have not been monitored in accordance with the regulations, and the collection of clinical data is not fully affected by the results.
