Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society Of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II-III; aged 65-90 years; body mass index (BMI) 18-28kg/m2; in favor of patient controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA); normal liver and renal function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Liver and kidney dysfunction; arrhythmia, heart failure (NYHAIII/IV); radial artery and internal jugular vein catheterization contraindication; drug allergy; laparotomy; postoperative sent to ICU treatment; intraoperative and postoperative death or give up the treatment of patients
