Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For test Group: Aortic CTA suggests aortic dissection in patients For control Group: Aortic CTA suggests no pathological changes in the aorta, and healthy subjects or organ donors with no aortic-related disease in the family history

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For test Group:Diagnosis of hereditary aortic diseases such as Marfan syndrome, ED syndrome, arterial tortuous syndrome, such as the performance of the aortic dissection patients. For control Group:Aortic CTA suggests a pathological change in the aorta, or healthy subjects or organ donors with aortic-related disease in the family history.
