18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 to 65 years; 2. The patient with chronic sinusitis underwent endoscopic sinusitis surgery suffer from nasal obstruction, nasal discharge and headache after using antibiotics preventively (3 days), nasal irrigation, intranasal corticosteroid and mucolytic agent, and the symptoms are persistent for one month even using oral corticosteroid; 3. The total number or percentage of eosinophilic granulocyte in blood routine test are normal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the patients had a history of cystic fibrosis, primary ciliary dyskinesia, immune deficiency; 2. combining with severe allergic rhinitisfugal sinusitis; 3. pregnant and breastfeeding women; 4. taking medication with adverse interaction with macrolides or with a history of macrolide hypersensitivity; 5. combining with liver, kidney or digestive tract disease.
